You need to use EasyEDA editor to create some projects before publishing

**BUG** Concise problem statement: Steps to reproduce bug: 1. go to account page 2. click on edit button for a project 3. change project name 4. click save Results: "please input the content" Expected results: rename the project!

A modified project name can only be saved after entering something into the `Content` section. Please also see: https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/Description_in_Project_creation_dialogue_does_not_appear_in_Project_Content_section_-Tnligecyw
