Is it possible to import a schematic and/or a PCB layout from a design I did a few years back in PCB Express?
I'd like to redesign a circuit without a starting from scratch.

1. If you mean http://www.pcbexpress.eu/en/home then you can upload Gerber files used to create boards using their service, into EasyEDA but you cannot easily reverse engineer them back to an EasyEDA PCB layout or schematic.
2. As far as I am aware, https://www.expresspcb.com/ do not make any of their Schematic, PCB or Gerber files available for users to export to other EDA tools.
