When you imported to the PCB, any errors? Are you sure all parts have connected their package? *ps: I am a new user not official, just for your reference*

yes I know I've double checked the connection and I always use a wire between any parts in the schematic

Your schematic's pin is not match the Package's pad number. for example, the resistor 's pin is 1, 2 , but PCB's package's pad number is A1 A2. so there is the problem.
