Hi, how to connect a copper pad to a route ?

You have to give the copper area, pad or region the same net name as the net that you want to connect it to.
**Beware**: if the copper pad in your pcb is something you have added after doing **Convert to PCB...** from the schematic then it may disappear the next time you do **Update PCB...** from the Schematic or **Import Changes...** from the PCB.
