copying or moving parts from one schematic to another

My original schematic grew bigger as I added features in the development process. I then decided to split it in two but I have yet to figure out how to copy parts (or groups of parts) from the original schematic to the newly added second one. The copy and paste process only work within one schematic. Any one out there know a way to do so without having to delete the sections on the original and redraw them in the destination schematic??? The copy and paste process works across different schematics but you **must** keep the source schematic open until after you have pasted the them into the destination schematic. Use: https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/introduction.htm#4-Select-more-shapes Then do CTRL+C and CTRL+V * After pasting, check that all the objects are still connected because somethines small differences in grid size due to the different zooms in each canvas can throw some of the joins off.
