current limiting circuit

Hi I am trying to design a current limiting circuit to power an RGB LED array. Can somebody tell me if this circuit will work and if it doesn't how to improve it. I planed to control the colors with an Arduino and three mosfets. Thank you for helping me. It won't work because the opamp is arranged as an inverting amp and the MOSFET is also an inverting amp so the overall circuit has positve and not negative feedback. If you replace Q1 with your NMOSFET then the lopamp circuit in this simulation project would do what you want: [https://easyeda.com/andyfierman/Current_mirrors-386372307ee34c22bd9a826085463660](https://easyeda.com/andyfierman/Current_mirrors-386372307ee34c22bd9a826085463660) (Click OK to the warning message: this is a bug and has been reported)
