* Find and Select the PCB footprint you wish to edit by searching for it in the libraries (General Packages Through Hole or Surface Mount or in More Libraries or, if it is a part you have created, in My Parts). * Click the little `Edit` pencil icon to open it in the footprint editor. * Select the pad you wish to edit.
