Find and Select the PCB footprint you wish to edit by searching for it in the libraries (General Packages Through Hole or Surface Mount or in More Libraries or, if it is a part you have created, in My Parts).
Click the little Edit pencil icon to open it in the footprint editor.
Select the pad you wish to edit. To delete it, press the DEL key.
Save the edited footprint with a new name.
In your Schematic, select the component(s) you wish to apply the new footprint to and edit their
Properties > Custom Attributes > package
to the new footprint name.
Then, in your PCB layout, delete the corresponding footprint(s) in your PCB then do
Super Menu > Miscellaneous > Import Changes...
