Thanks Dillon, however I only want to remove a short section of wire, Del key cut all the wire on that circuit directly connected to the section I want to remove. I don't understand why all the little circles appear on the wire when right clicking it? Thanks again.

You can move the litter green circles to adjust the wire. just try it out.
There is no way to delete a section now, maybe later.
Thanks.
Hey folks,
on that subject, I wonder if breaking a line (in the schematic) when grabbing the middle dot is the right thing to do? I would make the default behaviour be "move the segment", rather than "break the segment".
This is and old question, but some may not know that you don't need to break a schematic line to insert a component (like resistor or capacitor). Just drag a resistor onto a solid line and it automatically gets inserted.
I was searching Google for how to do this exact function. I have 120 connections that I want to split. I need to redraw all of them if I can't break them into two pieces and connect each end to a new pin. A "knife" tool would make a lot of sense.
@ar5000,
Here's a workaround.
You could make use of this feature:
"...you don't need to break a schematic line to insert a component (like resistor or capacitor). Just drag a resistor onto a solid line and it automatically gets inserted."
So to break a net, drop a resistor or something in series with the wire.
Then delete it to leave a break in the wire.
Make sure that there are not two netlabels with the same name one on each side of the dropped in component because after deleting the component the broken net will still be joined by the netlabels. A netlabel on one or the other side or netlabels with different names on each side of the dropped in components would be OK.
To make a gap of only one grid square, you could create a small symbol for a dummy component with two pins spaced one grid square apart.
@dillon, EasyEDA had 5 years to add this basic functionality, and even today, there is no way to cut only selection of wires. I think I going to try Autodesk EAGLE instead.
@vinc.beaulieu1,
Also, more options:
1. Select a net;
2. Right click:
