Hi, If you do CTRL+A to select everything on your PCB editor canvas and then click on and drag the whole lot down and to the right, the O1, O2, O3 and O4 stuff on the silk screen will come into view. I have no idea what they are for or if they are associated with some component but I suspect they have accidentally been left over from some editing and, because they have ended up off the canvas (which has been set to be smaller than everything in the drawing!), they have been forgotten about. Try just deleting them and see if it breaks anything. If not you should be good to go. If they are in the original part in the library (haven't looked yet) they they need to be deleted or at least put in the right places in the library part. :)

I have no idea where they came from, but they where just text on the solder mask. Your trick worked and they have been removed. Thanks
