To expose copper requires adding an aperture in the solder mask layer.
**To expose copper in any area:**
Draw and place a Solid Region or Rectangle;
Select it;
In right hand panel, select the Top or Bottom Solder Mask layer.
**To expose copper on a track segment:**
Left click to select track;
Left click again to select track segment;
Click on Expose Copper in the right hand panel.
**To expose copper on a track segment:**
Left click to select track;
Left click again to select track segment;
Click on Expose Copper in the right hand panel.
As far as I can tell this is missing from easyeda Pro
