How can i put the paste on pcb side??
I want to make it like a red pcb, but it's made like a black one.
I do PCB manufacturing at JLCPCB.

I guess you're talking about castellated holes. The black one is done correctly, but if you want the other hole next to it, then use two holes next to each other, then connect them with tracks with the same width as the diameter of the pads and expose the copper on that track that connects the pads. Hopefully the images will help:
