Hi! I assume you mean that you want to put the component on the bottom side? In this case you select layer and change it to bottom layer.

BTW, mirroring a component on the same layer, in this case on top layer, is not possible. And there is a very logical reason why. However, you can press "R" twice to rotate a component 180 degrees...

All other cases, as Markus says, do not make sense because they result in a mismatch between the pads on the mirrored footprint and the pins on the physical device.
