There is no way to roate 20 degree in schematic, but you can create your own symbol.
In PCB editor, you can
double click the 45 degree resistor to check how to draw a symbol like that. you can draw any shape, just make the `pindot` to zero length. If you can't make this out, add your stepper motor image link at here, we will help you.
