Welcome to EasyEDA.
You can paste a hex file into a schematic simply as text but at present it is not possible to run any kind of processor simulation to run the file.
Although the simulator used in EasyEDA (ngspice) does support digital and mixed mode simulation via XSPICE, it not support high level processor simulations, VHDL or Verilog simulation.
