Sorry but I don't understand exactly what you are looking for? If by TOP204, you mean this: http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/product-docs/top200-204214.pdf then are you looking for: 1. A schematic symbol? 2. A simulation model? 3. A PCB footprint? If (2) then that is more tricky because as far as I can tell there are no publically available spice simulation models for this family of devices.
