EasyEDA does not currently support the design of controlled impedance traces from attributes in the Schematic or directly in the PCB Editors.
To design controlled impedance tracks in EasyEDA you need to know the relative permittivity (a.k.a dielectric constant) and thickness parameters of the PCB substrate and then use a trace impedance calculator appropriate for the trace structure you are using (microstrip, buried microstrip if covered in solder mask, similarly coplanar or buried coplanar, stripline if using traces internal to a multi-layer PCB plus several variations for parallel or broadside coupled stripline and for differential pairs).
