My workflow when placing complex and dense layers with embed PCB antenna, is to switch between schematic and layout and change mcu pins to reduce paths and try to avoid go to the bottom layer (where generaly is the ground of the antenna and must be keep as cleen as possible). So I go to schematic, Ctrl+S... and then wait to be saved to push "import changes" button in layout. It will help a lot if a shortcut could be added to this function.
