You cannot directly import a pdf into a schematic.
However if you can convert the pdf to JPG/PNG/GIF/SVG image and save it on somewhere like Imgur then you can link to it using the `image` tool:

and then size it to act as a background.
There are lots of online pdf converters.
Click on the little icon.
Place the dummy `EasyEDA` logo and then edit the url in the right hand properties panel to point to the location that you saved your image file.
