measure tool and hook the grid

I'd like to know how can I display measurements like in the photo. I usually use  dimension tool but I can't obtain the same result. Is there a tool to measure the center of a pot or jack from 0 axis? or is there a method which I can place items simply "hook" the center (of the item) with the grid?![easyeda.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/f6DodVjHGqmXgWpDzIA90ylf51qkH6bGjy99QGeS.png)

Use the Measure tool on the PCB tools pallette and put them on the Document layer. Not sure if you can specify XY start and end points in the right hand panel.

I think will be an interesting tool If I can specify XY as start and end points so I can place better potentiometers.

With things like front panel components, I also use Set Canvas Origin by Mouse to the bottom left hand corner and then type in the positions of the pots and jacks by hand on the Xlocation and Ylocation windows so they are exactly the right distance apart.  Same with power transistors of course so that they screw into the heatsinks nicely.
