Hi Lanicek,
Thanks for your report, however;
missing initial phase (or delay)
This is not a bug.
The sources you are using are the EasyEDA Sources:
and not the much more flexible standard Spice Independent Sources:
The EasyEDA Sources are intended to provide very simple, easy to set up voltage (and current) sources with no parameters other than those given in the right hand Properties panel.
These sources already have the AC source option set by default and so do not show it as being a user editable parameters.
They do not support any other functions or parameters.
Please note that, subject to your bug report:
https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/square_with_initial_value-Nz9vQcawE
the EasyEDA Sources are under review.
If you need more flexibility in your sources then please refer to:

bad result transient analysis
Sorry but it is not clear from your screenshot quite what the issue is because it does not show the name of any probe and does not show the Y axis.
It is also not clear if this is a screenshot taken from the schematic that you have included a screenshot of.
It is not clear from the screenshot of the schematic if the current source I1 is a 1A DC source realised using the Spice Independent Source or if it is an EasyEDA Source set to 1Hz.
It is therefore not possible to reliably comment on what the issue may be.
