**BUG** Concise problem statement: no wiring toolbar in part creator - no way to add pins Steps to reproduce bug: 1. create a new part 2. observe the environment 3. Results: no wiring toolbar is shown Expected results: at least pin option in one of the other toolbars Browser: chrome, edge
