At present, you need to use API to do that or one by one, but we will plan a new feature soon.

I have used "Crtl" key to select multiple pads (all having the same starting dimensions) then entered in new pad dimensions under Pad Properties then all selected pads are updated with new dimensions. This works if you don't mind selecting individual pads by hand.

@dillon , I would like to get this feature to change tracks width too. Are you planning to do this feature, too ?

@licorj, You can already do this. Hold down CTRL then left click all the tracks *of the same width* that you want to change. Note this will not work selecting tracks of different widths.
