panelized PCB without PCB outline

When a PCB is panelized with row spacing and without guidance rail the large outline is shown in EasyEDA but isn't in the exported gerber files. This can be tested with the following project: [https://easyeda.com/Xenons/led-strip](https://easyeda.com/Xenons/led-strip)
