Place a single pin header in your schematic; Assign the **Package** attribute of that symbol to this footprint: FASTON\_M\_6\.35\_VERT\_TECONN\_1\-726386\-2  The single pin of the schematic symbol will map onto both pads of the footprint. Done.

So you are buying a part from eBay that comes with no datasheet showing the dimensions and you just have to hope that the pin dimensions and spacings will "just fit". Hmmm. They probably will fit the footprints in the library  as these things are pretty "standard" but this is why I recommend that users do not buy stuff unless it has a proper datasheet describing it. :)
