@saiko @Rishabh1995 I have tried again, It is 1:1 in PDF, make sure the scale is None in your PDF reader.

The PDF file in 100% is OK. So please tell us what is the PDF reader and how you print.

I found that in adobe reader it take "fit in page" option as default so it zoom my PCB files by 250% ,when I unchecked it and select "actual size" option then I found it OK (1:1). Though still I don't print it after that I will confirm you about this. @Dillon thanks for quick reply

Thanks for your quick reply Dillon. I have mailed you the PDF attachment I am printing. I am using adobe acrobat reader to read and print it.
