When you make a PCB in EasyEDA the layers are shown as if looking down on the side on which through-hole components would be mounted. This is described as the Top layer. The Bottom layer is therefore the side on which through-hole component leads will protrude and hence be soldered. The Bottom layer is also the one which - if making a single layer PCB - the copper tracks would be placed. It is not clear from your post which layer of the EasyEDA PCB that you have 'mirrored' and your project is not public so it is not possible to say which side of the PCB your components should be soldered (or on which side you assumed that they would be mounted).
