**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
Steps to reproduce bug:
1.saving pcb board in center of x,y (0,0)
2.when opening file page you are in -20500, -15000
3.zoom out and roll dowen and righ to find you board , work on board and save changes in center of page, when open again, you are in -20500,-15000
Results: need to be find your board every time opening file
