.probe does not perform any arithmetics

I am trying to calculate voltage drop\. I tried \.probe \(V\(Q1\_1\)\-V\(Q2\_2\)\) and similar expressions\. It either ignores the \.probe statement or simply displays the first voltage as Q1\_1 without subtracting the second value\. Can someone show me an example of a statement that is working? Has something changed since switch to LTSPICE engine?
