Why would they? The ratlines run between the pins of PCB footprints. The ratlines only disappear when the **whole** of the track between two pins on a footprint or a pair of footprints is completed. Routing a track between a pin and a via or between two vias is not a complete connection.

Hi At present, EasyEDA only support the pad of the footprint, and the track which is connected with footprint to generate the ratline. the single track, via, pad and other objects which can be set the net can not generate the ratline yet. in the future, we maybe will consider to support that.
