Once the components are placed on the PCB, the software should rename the pieces per row.
Next, I would write the names in the schematic.

I would suggest that the re-annotation of the PCB must only be implemented if the parts in the schematic are also automatically re-annotated to match them.
Manually updating the schematic would be too prone to errors.
