I think I have now fixed the problem with the NOR2EE gate so you circuit should work OK with it now. 2) Please note that in your sim: https://easyeda.com/editor#id=a1395b1101924bed83ca91c69929678c you have a note that probe V2 does not work. In this sim you appear to have only a probe V1.
