I am unable to locate the dots in the editor to delete them so it makes a large image and shows up in gerber output as well
tried select all and cutting and pasting still will not show up in editor to delete them

clicking and holding does not make a selection tried and still get the dots
come to think of it clicking and holding never made a selection box that I can remember
well I am just going to submit it as is my board is fine not really my issue if it tracks the other part of the PCB that is being cut on as it does not seem to be any real concern for it

Zoom to
Fit Area.Then try doing a click and drag select in the areas outside and not including your PCB.
Clicking and holding creates a selection box;
Creating a selection box, using click and drag to the right, selects everything inside the box;
Creating a selection box, using click and drag to the left, selects everything inside and intersected by the box;
Then delete even if you see nothing that appears to be selected.
