I'm trying to rotate my whole layout at a certain angle. Now I'm only able to rotate with 90° steps.
(I do this by selecting everything (ctrl+a) and then rotating 90 degrees (space). Of course, also rebuilding copper.)
Any way to rotate the whole PCB with discreet angles like 30/45/60 degrees?
(reason: when penalizing I don't want the ring to have any mouse bites, only the round sides should have mouse bites, as it would otherwise be very fragile.)

Easy to use and quick to get started. 
You could change the rotation angle to say 15°, (or whatever is best for you), for each press of the spacebar:

Setting > System Settings... > PCB (Tab) > Rotation Step
