No those are terrible. Class D has come on massively in last ten years so do it properly, preferably with a DSP core and decent output transistors.
For example

STM and NXP also have much newer designs. You can do Class D in discrete but only by putting it in a steel box and ignoring half of the EMI and PFC regulations (as most high power amp manufacturers do !) :-)
