The problem is almost certainly that you have used symbols that have no spice model associated with them.
Your simulation will not do anything anyway because you have no input signal source or power supply.

I have the same problem. Is not a problem of designs, is it a problem at the easyeda server. The "segmentation fault" is a message from Unix/Linux system OS when the easyeda software is trying to use restricted area of memory. So it is an uncontrolled bug in easyeda software at the server side. In any case if there is any problem in the design, the software must show the proper information in screen so the user has the opportunity to change it.
