This is an Enabled SR Latch. You will find this part available in EasyEDA under `Gates` in the EasyEDA Libs. You can also search for it using the **Search** box or the **SHIFT+F** search. All EasyEDA logic devices that appear in the EasyEDA Libs are simulatable.
