Hi,
I have a strange problem with a PCB I received recently (https://easyeda.com/editor#id=258bfeb9cae04acc8f60f8c3210fad20|fa47dea4c3514aa68e8eaebce54397db).
This is how it should look like (from EasyEDA PhotoView):

This is how it actually looks like:

(please ignore the cut traces - I tried to narrow down the problem by cutting off parts of the circuit).
As you can see the seven upper pads for the U_MODEM part are slightly displaced to the right, which resulted in a short-circuit with a trace going from north to south on the PCB.
The lower-most pad of the U_MODEM is at the correct position.
Did I do something wrong here, or is this some sort of bug?
I did put this in the "bugs" topic because I think that at least the Photo View should match the actual final PCB.
