Why simulator write me "no system model for op97fpz" and "no system model for AD620ANZ" if i run simulation without op97?

The problem is that you are using non-simulation schematic symbols which do not have (or are not configured to accept) spice models associated with them.
You need to see look at this post:

Then you'll see how to get the symbols and associate any models that are not in the library.

@andyfierman Okay, i am understand, that I use non simulation schematic symbols, but I find spice models for it, and insert this models as a block of text(read about it in the someone topic here). Why it still doesn't working? Or I do something wrong?
You need to follow the instructions in the section on associating spice models to symbols in the Google Drive copy of the Simulation eBook.
Don't forget to do the `I` hotkey on the symbol to set the appropriate spice prefix.
