**BUG** Concise problem statement: unable to load any PCB. all causes a Load Fail error, schematics opens fine Steps to reproduce bug: 1.start editor 2.choose a PCB project and double click 3.project does not open Results: "Load failed!" pop-up shows Expected results: project opens Browser: chrome
