Hi In Gerberv, you should deselect some layers at the right-hand area. It shows all layer at the same time. ![snipaste_20180507_091458.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/RXVmeMqdAkAc4tsxAijbniwtKSs5nEBN9fEZcQkv.png)

@UserSupport Thank you for your reply, I am pretty it is not  that i select all the layer caused the problem. I fixed the bug by delete all the via and reopen the easyEDA. But sometimes it is displayed as shown in left figure. Maybe next time, when it show up, i can upload the file so you can check it

Hi After checking it is normal on my side, please rebuild the copper area and generate the Gerber again.  SHIFT+B If you don't rebuild the copper, it will not generate the copper clearance correctly after placing the pad on the copper.

@UserSupport Thank you for your quick reply. The copper clearance is generated correctly by doing SHIFT+B. But the via array must be move away from copper area first. Anyway , the error is fixed. Thanks again

@Kclaus, Have you got "Spoke" turned on in the Copper Area settings?

@andyfierman Yeah, The pad connection is 'Spoke'. Although i switch the pad connection to the 'direct', it is still need remove via array first, and then use  SHIFT+B to rebuild correct copper clearance
