what are these resistors for in mega schematic?

![enter image description here][1] [1]: /editor/20170520/591f9e09ccc99.JPG I am just learning how to use EasyEDA, reading schematics etc, but this has stumped me. I'm not sure what the highlighted resistors in the picture above are for. I've tried to find if there are connects labeled 2 and 7 that they would connect to and I cant for the life of me figure out what they are for.

I suspect you have forked/cloned an incomplete/unfinished copy of a public user schematic. There are many schematics in EasyEDA all with the words `mega` and `schematic` in them. For example, search for `mega` and `schematic` returns 15 modules all called `Arduino Mega 2560 schematic`. Please post the url of the particular schematic that you are referring to.
