The LM317 is a voltage regulator. What do you mean by `modulate`. Do you mean`simulate`? :)

The `LM317HVH` symbol that you have chosen has no simulation model associated with it. To find schematic symbols with simulation models associated with them and to find out how to associate models with symbols, please see: https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/How_to_find_simulatable_parts_in_EasyEDA-1YgasK2kC :)
